Catherine took her first indoor cycling class over seven years ago and was instantly hooked.  She grew up in Richmond, Virginia but came to Charleston after college with her boyfriend (now husband!) and realized immediately this was home.

She is passionate about movement and loves connecting the heavy beats of her playlist (preferably hip hop) to each ride she teaches. There is so much joy and power in that room and watching riders evolve to find that same power is what makes instructing so meaningful.

When Catherine's not on the bike, you can find her working at Jenny Keenan Design, an interior design firm in Mt. Pleasant, spending time with her husband and chocolate lab Sam and enjoying lots of coffee, also tacos.
